Lake Michigan

A few weekends ago we had the chance to drive up to Kenosha, Wisconsin. Benjamin's Aunt Kathryn lives up there, 2 blocks from Lake Michigan. It was about a 5 1/2 hour drive, so we left after Benjamin got off work on Friday and stayed until Sunday afternoon.

Bella and Piper all cuddled during the drive they probably thought we were trying to move them again! This was the first time in the car since the move!

Kathryn took us on a tour of the town (Kenosha) and showed us all the Historic homes (which I loved!), and then we went to the old Lighthouse and museum. It was really cool.

Below are all the boats in the marina, Benjamin wants a sail boat so it was fun to see all of them and dream!

if you look closly you might notice that Piper is wet...she took a little swim in Lake Michigan!

For those of you waiting on pictures of our apartment; I promise I am working on it...all of the boxes have been unpacked..I am just trying to get everything put away!
