Tasty Tuesday

Spicy Pepper Penne Pasta

1 package (16 oz) penne or tube pasta
1/8 t. dried crushed rosemary
2 packages sliced pepperonis, halved (I prefer 1 package hot Italian sausage browned(use mild or medium if you don't like spicy))
1/2 C sliced pepperocinis
1 jar(7 oz) roasted sweet red peppers, drained and chopped. (I usually just chop up a fresh red pepper)
3 1/2 C boiling water
1/2 C whipping cream
1/2 C grated parmesan cheese

In a large skillet, layer the pasta, rosemary, pepperoni(or sausage), pepperocinis and red peppers. Add water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12 minutes or till pasta is tender. Add cream and Parmesan cheese, toss to coat.
